In 1995 Ryan Shanley began his career in Masonry. Over the years Ryan has worked his way through every aspect of Masonry, from Bricklayer, Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, Operations Manager and President. With the knowledge and skills gained; Ryan found a cost-effective solution for Masons and General Contractors based on feedback from the field and the need to accommodate the unique challenges found with multiple larger structures and openings in many of the projects, to conform to commercial building needs and practices.

Ben began his career in 1994, he is third generation in the masonry trade. Ben started out as a Hod Carrier on the scaffold and moved his way up to lead Hod carrier and eventually foreman from small to large masonry projects. In 2019 Ben moved into the office to manage crews, project management, orders and estimating.

Laurie began her career in 2001 in construction accounting and office management. Laurie started out in Accounts Payable and office tasks working her way to bookkeeper and accountant. Keeping long lasting vendor and customer relations is what she strives for. In 2019 Laurie came to work for her family in the masonry trade and has become the lead office and accounting professional.
